This is a reminder to check what ingredients you need to buy and add them to your shopping list. It’s good to do your own food shopping, but at the very least, you’re head chef, so send a family member out to the shops for you!

Instructions
 

  • Decide on meal you’re cooking. Open the list of ideas on UpCooked mindmap
  • Decide if you want to use an existing recipe, OR if you’ll get CGPT to create a unique master recipe!
  • If CGPT – use this
  • Copy the JSON code it produces
  • Create a new recipe
  • Paste your text into the JSON box
  • Go through the recipe slowly and carefully and improve it where required
  • Add a blank line under each GROUP HEADING – by adding one SPACE to a new instruction eg under pre in advance and let’s cook
  • Save and close
  • Select ‘Level 1 Recipes’ or 'Level 2 Recipes' on side bar (whichever you think it is)
  • Clone an existing recent recipe
  • Go to ‘edit’ on the new clone
  • Change the title in grey at the top
  • Change the large title in white
  • Open up the right sidebar with the icon top right of screen and select 'Summary'. Click on the URL and CHANGE IT to a name to match your recipe title with HYPHENS between words
  • Click on the image
  • Click on STYLE on the bar on the right
  • Select ‘CHANGE IMAGE’
  • Click on FREE images tab
  • Type what looking for in search box
  • Click on one you want
  • Click SAVE AND INSERT (top right)
  • Remove any superfluous description
  • Add the black shade overlay if required
  • Select the 'edit mobile site' icon top of page
  • Replace the image again so it works on mobile
  • In the right sidebar go to FEATURED IMAGE and replace it with our new one
  • Select the FRAME of the recipe
  • Click on the 3 vertical DOTS top right of the frame and click DELETE
  • Confirm the grey bar is highlighted which sits above the previous recipe frame and click the 3 DOTS
  • Select ADD AFTEr to add a new recipe frame
  • Put the cursor in the new box you just added
  • Click on the BLUE PLUS sign TOP LEFT of page
  • Type the word ‘RECIPE’ in the search box
  • Select “WPRM Recipe”
  • Then select ‘Insert Existing Recipe’
  • Select YOUR recipe and insert it
  • Go to the SETTINGS icon at the very top right of the wordpress screen – it slides a sidebar out
  • go to the Recipe Template dropdown menu
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select CHIC_UPCOOKED
  • Click PUBLISH (the blue button top right of page)
  • Confirm PUBLISH top right (click button to right of publish that also says ‘publish’
  • We need to set the CIRCLE image picture. Go back into the WP Recipe version of the recipe.
  • Top left is MEDIA IMAGE. Add your image to that.
  • then save and close
